Fairly clean property with exceptionally pleasant staff with another cheerful and friendly staff member. Exceptional setting, close enough to the oldtown, many bar's and clubs, and the restaurant. New-fashioned standard king room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Superb food selection.

The room is reasonably large and beautifully designed, comes with strong WIFI and a view of the biggest orthodox church, for example. The staff are fairly friendly and extremely polite and provide an excellent service.

Their breakfast is extremely poor, can be far better.

The locataion in the heart of Sarajevo was excellent literally seconds from thr Ferhadija street shops an bars and only 5 minute walk from the bascaricija old town area. Well designed rooms and really good value for money.

Cleaning in the bathroom could have been more thorough, but overall very happy with our stay.

The location was perfect, just a five-minute walk to the charming old town. I was blown away by the amazing breakfast options, from fresh fruits to perfectly cooked eggs. The pool area was a real highlight, complete with a sauna and steam room.

The hotel is situated in the centre of old town Bascarsija. It is actually an fitness/wellness and hotel in one. Good facilities and frendly stuff. The smoking is forbidden in the rooms. Watch out for the Sarajevo taxi. Allways check to turn the taxi meter on.

Perfect location and the most helpful and welcoming staff ever.

We stayed for 9 days and I don't think they cleaned our bathroom thoroughly every day. This is the one thing that should have been better, since it spoils the overall impression a little bit.

Great cooked to order breakfast in a lovely dining area. Wonderful, helpful and accommodating staff. Great location within easy walking distance to many cultural, historical, religious sites. Large, clean, newly updated and renovated rooms...very boutique-like in this amazing city. Many good restaurants and cafes close by.

Great gym facility which is always busy and sometimes depending on your room, the noise from the machines can be heard. This was very minor for us; we would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Had a great time at Central! Super cozy room with comfy beds. The location made it easy to explore Sarajevo, and the breakfast hit the spot. The only downside was the pool being a bit cool. A solid choice for our trip!
